Brewed in the Itami region of Japan, the historicalbirthplace of sake with over 450 years of brewing tradition, iOnigorosii means igoblin-killer.i This is a Junmai-shu sake which means ipure sake,i made only from rice, water and Koji (a mold used to initiate fermentation) n the traditional method of sake production. It is very dry and light, best served chilled or hot.
