Worked out with Quebranta grapes at controlled fermentation temperature, this pisco is crystalline and shining out in glass. It has flavours of yellow fruits and chirimoya of good intensity with a bottom of floral notes characteristic of this type of vine. In mouth it is pleasant, persistent in palate with a prolonged end.
